Notice of 20/08/2008 AGM of Gold Coast branch of the Queensland Greens

1. The next AGM will be held on
Wednesday 20 August at 6.00pm - 6.45pm
At: Simplicity room – (Simplicity Funerals)
2140 Gold Coast Hwy, Miami. (opp. Miami High School)

2. All executive positions will be vacated and calls made for members of the Gold Coast Greens to nominate for them as follows:
Convenor – Deputy-Convenor – Secretary – Treasurer

3. Other positions vacant and for which nominations are invited:
Three delegates to state council

Descriptions of Positions: (all mirror, where appropriate-17.8 Constitution, the duties of the state office bearers)
